About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Afridubz website and to enquiries you send through it. Specific orders and shipments are governed by the quotation and order terms we give you at the time, which prevail if they differ.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates until we confirm every cost component: product price, our fees, Dubai handling, shipping, insurance, duties and taxes, and last-mile delivery. Duties and taxes are estimates unless we state a guaranteed delivered price in writing. Quotes expire on the date shown.
Buying on your behalf
We purchase only after you approve a quote and payment is received. Products remain subject to supplier availability and price changes before purchase. Where an item cannot be supplied you will be offered an alternative or a refund.
Your Dubai address
Availability of the Dubai delivery address depends on the online store or seller and their terms. Packages must be clearly marked with your customer reference. We may refuse or return packages that are unmarked, restricted, prohibited or damaged beyond reasonable handling.
Inspection and consolidation
We check goods on arrival and record their condition. Consolidation is offered where practical and lawful; combining orders may not always reduce cost.
Prohibited and restricted items
We cannot handle goods that are illegal or prohibited by the UAE, the carrier or the destination country. We may refuse, hold or return any item and will tell you the reason where the law allows.
Transit times
Any transit time we give is an estimate and not a guarantee, as it depends on carriers, customs and other factors outside our control.
Claims
Report loss or damage as soon as possible and within the period stated on your waybill or order terms, with photographs and supporting documents. Send claims to the contact details on this website.
