Yes. We can assist with sourcing and procurement for eligible products and orders.
Can I use Afridubz as my delivery address for online orders?
Where the platform, seller and its terms allow, eligible purchases can be delivered to our Dubai address and we can arrange onward shipping.
Can you combine products from different sellers?
Yes, eligible purchases can potentially be consolidated before shipping, subject to commercial and customs rules.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. We coordinate international shipping depending on the destination and type of goods. We are starting with Dubai to Kenya and will add destinations one at a time.
Can you deliver to my door?
Where available, we can arrange door-to-door logistics.
Can you source products that aren't listed on your website?
Yes. Send us a link, photo or description and we'll confirm whether we can source and ship it.
What can't you ship?
Items that are illegal, prohibited or restricted by the carrier, the UAE or the destination country can't be shipped. We check eligibility for your item and destination before you pay.
Do you handle customs?
Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, we coordinate customs-related logistics through the relevant shipping and clearance partners. Duties and taxes are shown as estimates unless we say otherwise.
